  “The whole industry tends to be counter based, where we spend a lot of time serving from behind a counter. Whereas if we get out from behind the counter and actively engage with the customer, that actually works a lot better and the customer actually appreciates that.

“But it takes time... You don’t click your fingers and say ‘we are going to be solutions based overnight’. It has taken us quite some time and heartache and some changes to personnel, because you get quite a bit of resistance to changing the way you’ve done things when you first start out.
