Well trained and highly motivated Team Leaders are crucial to the success of the FeelGood Guide system. It
is vital that designated Team Leaders and back-up Team Leaders attend
this three day training seminar in order to get the most from the
FeelGood Guide System.
The
training session has been designed to ensure the team members
understand the principles of the FeelGood Guide system, including;
selecting, managing and motivating teams, the concept of hero products,
merchandising principles, as well as interpret and communicate results.
